KAELIN, EMIL WALTER "JUNIE," 77, passed away Friday, December 21, 2012 at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital.
He retired from the former American Saw & Tool, now Vermont American, a member of St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church and a Army veteran.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Marlene (Noon); parents, Emil and Catherine H. Kaelin; and a brother, Wilfried.
He is survived by his five children, Stephen 'Steve" Kaelin (Tammy), Emil Walter "Walt" Kaelin II, Eric W. Kaelin (Gail), William "David" Kaelin and Teresa Ann Crump; one brother, Alvin Kaelin; two sisters, Mary Lou Harbert and Judy Ann Neckar; and seven grandchildren, Clifford, Sheffield, Weston, Joshua, Natalie, Gavin and Maximus.
His funeral will be 11 a.m. Friday at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church, 5431 Johnsontown Road, with burial at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 1-8 p.m. Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy.
