SHRADER, HAZEL, 90, of Louisville, died on Tuesday, May 18, 2010.
She was a retired seamstress at Fort Knox and a member of Highview Baptist Church and the Order of Eastern Star.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dennis; and son, Bruce.
Survivors include son, Dennis Shrader (Eleanor); sisters, Ann Burden, Jessie Decker and Erlene Phelps; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Her service will be on Monday at 10 a.m. at the Hardy Valley Funeral Home with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be on Saturday from 1-8 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
