SNAWDER, EMMETT A. SR., 75, of Louisville, passed away Friday, April 26, 2013.

He was a retired brick washer and attended Harvest Church of God.

Mr. Snawder was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Martin and Molly Elizabeth (Cobble) Snawder; brother, Joseph Martin Snawder Jr.; and sister, Josie Jenton.

He is survived by his children, Emmett Snawder Jr. (Myra), Janene Barry (Chris) and Mary Jeanette Hutchinson; brother, Wesley E. Snawder (Betty); sisters, Linda Barr (Clarence) and Allene Colvin; 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

His service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation will be 2-8p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home
