Hendricks, Erma "Janet" View/Sign Guest Book HENDRICKS, ERMA "JANET," 68, of Louisville passed away Friday, April 4, 2008 at Hospice Inpatient Unit. She was the former Janet Chandler and retired from Elder Care Solutions. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Hendricks; and grandson, Hayden Hendricks. Survived by her daughter, Pam Bailey (Jerry); sons, Ronald (Connie), Ricky (Betty), Mark, and Steve (Angel) Hendricks; sister, Wilma Henson (Bill); nine grandchildren; and one great-grandson. Funeral services will be noon Monday at Fairdale-McDaniel Funeral Home, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 2-6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made in Janet's memory to Okolona Christian Church or Hospice of Louisville.
