CURETON, ERNEST, 75, of Louisville, passed away Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at his residence.
He was a retired plumber for DeWees Plumbing and Scroggins Plumbing. He was a Senior Companion for Jen Care and loved helping people. He was also Past Master of Shrewsbury, Kentucky Masonic Blue Lodge #545.
He was predeceased by his brother, Bobby Cureton; his sister-in-law, Anita Cureton; and his grandson, Toby Burks.
He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Ethel Doreen McGrew Cureton; sons, Ernest B. (Kaysee), Ronnie L. (Shirley), Edgar W. (Jeannette), Eric N. (Tammy), and Terry L. Cureton; daughters, Katrina Cureton (David Holland) and Laquita J. Cureton; brother, Donnie Cureton; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be noon Saturday at Ratterman Grand Chapels, 4832 Cane Run Road with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation: 2-8 p.m. Friday.
