Ernest Wayman

WAYMAN, ERNEST R., 83, passed away April 8, 2014. Ernest was a proud U.S. Army veteran and a member of Local 89. He is preceded in death by his parents; and two siblings. Ernest leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of 59 years, Margie Wayman; children, Billie Workman (Bill), Donna Cowan (Danny) and Karen Owens (Darrell); cousin, Bill Dawes; eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. A service honoring the life of Ernest will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. at Arch L. Heady & Son Southern Funeral Home with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Wednesday from 2-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
