Esther Duncan

DUNCAN, ESTHER LOUISE FREDA (DIERSING) REINHARDT, 89, of Louisville, passed away Sunday, August 18, 2013. She was a member of St. Stephen United Church of Christ. She loved to crochet, having made many beautiful pieces. Mrs. Duncan was preceded in death by her son, John Reinhardt; her parents, August and Josie Diersing; brothers, August "Junie" Diersing Jr. and Carl Edward Diersing; and sister, Rose Cecil. She is survived by her husband, Willie Neal Duncan; children, Lawrence "Butch" Reinhardt (Diana), Linda Hook and David Reinhardt (Nellie); stepsons, Ronson Duncan (Kathy) and Neal Duncan (Phyllis); sisters, Joann Aebersold and Patsy Panter; 13 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. Her service will be 10a.m. Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation will be Tuesday, 2-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
