He was a native of Elizabethtown, KY, a World War II Army veteran, a retired truck driver for American Standard and a member of South Louisville Seventh Day Adventist Church. Survivors include several nieces and nephews. Funeral service: 1 p.m. Tuesday at Nunnelley Funeral Home, 4327 Taylor Blvd. with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
