Eugene Young

Eugene Hugh Young, 83, husband of Dorothy "Lucy" Blair Young, died Sunday June 24, 2012 at Regis Woods Care & Rehabilitation. He was born May 6, 1929 the son of the late Kyle & Elva Blair Young.
Mr. Young was a member of the Briargate Presbyterian Church, a retired dispatcher with LG&E, a U.S. Army Veteran, member of the Bullitt Co. and Southern Indiana Coon Hunters Clubs, was a Mason and member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
Besides his wife of 51 years he is survived by his daughter, Tina Hamon (Frank), two sisters, Margie Bocko and Jo Sandusky. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, Timothy Hugh Young and two sisters, June Stevens and Patricia Jaynes.
