Carter, Eula (Chambers),100, of Louisville, passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2015.Eula was a member of Open Door Christian Church formerly known as Shawnee Christian Church.She is preceded in death by her husband of 50 plus years, Floyd William Carter.Survivors include her two children, Donna "Dee" Fogle and Bill Carter, Jr. (Sandy); a sister, Cora Clinkenbeard; six grandchildren, Beth Fogle, Rebekah Craig, Phillip Fogle, Michelle Carter-Thompson, Greg Carter & Kristin Vincent; nine great grandchildren, Katelyn, Olivia, Kathryn, Chase, Sophia, Brittany, Bryant, Carter and Khloe; several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy. with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
