Medley, Evangeline Fronia Sarah "Sally" (Block) View/Sign Guest Book MEDLEY, EVANGELINE FRONIA SARAH "SALLY" (BLOCK), 78, of Louisville, was born January 24, 1930 in Jasper, IN. She died peacefully at home March 18, 2008 surrounded by family and loved ones. She was a member of St. Polycarp Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Margared (Miller) Block of Jasper IN; brother, George Block; sister, Norma Chamberlain, both of Louisville; husband, Paul A. Medley of Brandenburg, KY; daughter, Sandra L. Riffell of Covington, GA; son-in-law, Ronald E. Fenske; grandson, Edward R. Fenske; and great-grandsons, Kyle and Bailey Harrison. She is survived by daughters, Helen Fenske and Paula Redman of Louisville; son-in-law, Donald Riffell of Covington, GA; grandchildren, Paul Riffell (Cindy) of Covington, GA, Jennifer Harrison (Tom), Angi Grant, and Dale Thompson (Jennifer) of Louisville; great-grandchildren, Cody, Ashley, Lane, Lilli, Emma and Jacob; sister, Dorothy Sutton of Louisville; brother, Clarence Block of Indianapolis, IN; nine nieces and nephews; and four great-nieces and great-nephews. Her funeral service will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be noon-2 p.m. Thursday.
