FOWLER, EVANS EARL, 96, of Louisville, passed from this life November 19, 2011 surrounded by his family.
He was a lifelong member of Clifton Baptist Church. He retired from America Air Filter with over 40 years of service.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Christine Antle Fowler; three brothers; and a sister.
He is survived by his three sons, David (Lynn), of Vienna, VA, Robert (June), of Scottsburg, IN and Michael (Annette), of Greenville, IN; his daughter, Cheryl Schaefer (Bob), of Louisville: nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral service: 10 a.m. Wednesday at Pearson's, 149 Breckenridge Lane, with entombment to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation: 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at Pearson's.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Sunrise Children's Homes.
