Evelyn Lutz

Evelyn A. Lutz, 80, wife of the late Kenneth G. Lutz, passed away Tuesday September 22, 2015 at the Episcopal Church Home. She was born to the late J. C. and Gertrude Gossman Sumpter in Louisville on November 20, 1934.

Besides her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a sister, June Stafford.

Evelyn worked for The Bank of St. Helens and later retired from the Carpenters' Union Local 64 and was a member of Parkview United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her children; Cyndi Hoffmann (Evan), Cheryl Carl (John), and Scott Lutz (Julie Price), grandchildren; Lindsey Lutz, Kelly Hoffmann, Zachary and Elizabeth Carl and great-grandson, Keagan Roberts along with siblings; Mary Jo James (George), and Johnny Sumpter (Mary Ruth).

The family would like to thank the staff at the Episcopal Church Home for the loving care given to their Mother.
