ROBERTS, FLOSSIE B. (POWELL), 93, passed away July 31, 2011 at her residence.
She was a member of Carlisle Avenue Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Mary Lou Carter; grandchildren, John A. Carter Jr., H. L Lodde and Ashley Wright; great-grandchildren, Ian, Ashton, Hillaree, Lillian and Elliot; and a sister, Corine Houchens.
A Memorial service in Flossie's Honor will be held on Saturday at noon at Arch L. Heady and Son Funeral Home, 3601 Taylor Blvd.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hosparus.
