Floyd Finley

Finley, Floyd Harrison,92, passed away peacefully at Baptist Health on Sunday, February 8, 2015 with his wife Alois, by his side. He was born on March 17, 1922 in Caneyville, KY, to the late William amd Martha Evans Finley. He was devoted to his faith, his family and friends. He was a member of General Assembly Church; Church of Southern Indiana.Floyd was a dedicated employee at B.F. Goodrich where he retired after 29 years of service. He then enjoyed semi-retirement where he worked for 19 years at the Speed Museum.His memory is now cherished by his wife of 73 years, Alois Finley; daughter, Phyllis Rader (Robert); son, Harold Finley Sr. (Patricia); daughter, Rebecca Potswald (William); four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.Visitation will be Tuesday, February 10, 2015 from 3-8 p.m. and his Celebration of Life Service on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at 11 a.m. both at Arch L.
