She was retired from the Accounting Dept. of AT&T (formerly South Central Bell) and a member of St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene; and son, Marty Bennett. Survivors include her children, Patty Schmitt (Richard), Michael Bennett (Nila), Carmen Bennett and Bonita Miller (Tony); stepdaughters, Mary Pezzullo and Jean Wojciechowski; 16 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren. Her service will be on Monday, 10 a.m. at her church with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be at the W.G. Hardy Funeral Home and Cremation Service on Friday from 4-8 p.m. Saturday 1-8 p.m. and Sunday 1-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
