Brown, Frances L. "Lucy" View/Sign Guest Book BROWN, FRANCES L. "LUCY", 61, of Louisville, passed away on Tuesday, December 4, 2007, at her residence, surrounded by family and friends. She was employed by Balfour. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thurmond Deskins and Beulah Baxter; and brother, Gary Farley. She is survived by her husband, Larry Brown; sons, Mike Mannering (Teresa) and Tim Mannering; granddaughters, Cassidi Mannering and Amanda Hanka; and great-granddaughter, Andromeda Hanka. Her funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday at J.B. Ratterman & Sons-Southwest, 4832 Cane Run Road, with entombment in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 4-9 p.m. Thursday.
