Kelly, Frances E. View/Sign Guest Book KELLY, FRANCES E., 71, of Louisville, passed away on Monday, February 11, 2008. She was a native of Hart County, KY, the former Frances E. Close. She was a retired bookkeeper, a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Post 229 and Valley View Church. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Charles B. Kelly; her son, Steven Charles Kelly; daughter, Karen Jean Kelly Meece; and granddaughters, Michelle Barnes and Amber Meece. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
