Frances Marie Meany MEANY, FRANCES MARIE, 85, born September 8, 1924 in Louisville, and passed away Monday, May 3, 2010 at Norton Suburban Hospital.
She was a retired plant operator for the Jefferson County Board of Education, a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church and a volunteer for Elder Care.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William F. Meany; and grandson, Scott Dockery. She is survived by her daughter, Linda L. Dockery (Paul); granddaughters, Jackie Meredith and Beth Pendelton (Jim); great-grandsons, Jacob Dockery, Tony Meredith, Randy Meredith (Joni), Chris Meredith (Jayne) and Austin Hutchins; great-great-grandchildren, Jaeden, Konnor and Kylee Meredith; and her dog, Muffie.
Her funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Incarnation Catholic Church, 2229 Lower Hunters Trace, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at J.B. Ratterman & Sons - Grand Chapels, 4832 Cane Run Road.
