SAUNDERS, FRANCES P., 85 passed away Sunday, August 22, 2010.
She received her master's degree from The University of Louisville and was a retired Guidance Counselor for Jefferson County Public Schools.
Frances is survived by her husband, Carl Metcalf; daughters, Neena and Reann; a son- in- law, Darryl Stitch; grandchildren, Mackie and Ash; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service is noon Friday at Church of Our Merciful Savior, 473 South 11th St., with visitation starting at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Hathaway and Clark, Inc. in charge of arrangements.
