JEFFERSONVILLE - Sexton, Frances Delayne Blaydes, 86, passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at Rolling Hills Nursing Home.
Frances was born in Edmonton, KY, a retired substitute teacher for Jefferson County public school system and loved all animals.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Riley C. Sexton; her parents, Elzie and Lena Pearl Blaydes; a brother, Walton Blaydes; a sister, Kathleen Blaydes; and her faithful companion, Buzzy.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Jenny Eldridge; and her husband, Bob, Jeffersonville, IN.
Funeral service will be held at noon Friday, October 21, 2011 at Scott Funeral Home's North Chapel, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m.-noon p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Humane Association of Clark County, 2702 Middle Road, Jeffersonville, IN, 47130. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
