Frankie Kelsey

Kelsey, Frankie Lucas KELSEY, FRANKIE LUCAS, 83, of Louisville, died Sunday, April 29, 2007 at Sts. Mary and Elizabeth Hospital. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Marc Carpenter. Survivors include her son, Mike Kelsey (Donna); daughter: Freda Carpenter (David); sister, Betty Compton; grandchildren: Ty Carpenter and Tom and Jeff Kelsey; six great- grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be noon Wednesday at the Hardy Valley Funeral Home, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation: 3-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
