Pack, Gene E. View/Sign Guest Book PACK, GENE E., 74, of Louisville, passed away Wednesday, September 10, 2008. He was a retired US Army veteran and a member of the VFW post 1181. Survivors include his wife, Mary Schmidt Pack; son, Howard "Mike" Myers (Darla); granddaughters, Sara Myers, Ashlee Myers and Jessica Wilson; great-grandchildren, Madison Knabel and Payton Wilson; nephew, Bobby Myers; nieces, Marilyn Myers, Deborah Law and Sylvia Lewis; and good neighbors. Chapel services will be Thursday at 2:30 p.m. at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Heady-Hardy Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
