Weths, George J. View/Sign Guest Book WETHS, GEORGE J., 88, of Louisville died Thursday September 13, 2007 at STS. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital. He is a member of St. Helen's Catholic Church. He is a retired security guard for the old Kister Lumber Co. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Esther L. Cecil Weths. He is survived by his son, George Damien Weths; and his daughter, Helen Christine Kirby (Walter); six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Funeral: noon Monday at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy., with entombment at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation Sunday, 1-8 p.m. Published in The Courier-Journal on 9/15/2007.
