Georgie Burden

Burden, Georgie View/Sign Guest Book BURDEN, GEORGIE, 74, of Louisville, passed away Monday, August 4, 2008 at Norton Audubon Hospital. He was a meat packer for Conager and a Master Mason with the Crescent Hill Lodge #456. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Reva Burden; and a daughter, Debra Doughty. Survivors include his wife, Ruby Burden; sons, William K., Dale E., Barry P. and Mark V. Burden; three brothers, Ray, Morris and Terry Burden as well as eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. His funeral service will be 10 a.m. Friday in the chapel of Ratterman & Sons Funeral Home, 3800 Bardstown Road with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 28 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made in his memory to James Graham Brown Cancer Center. Published in The Courier-Journal on 8/6/2008
