KAVICH, GERALDINE L. "BILLIE," 79, of Louisville, passed away Monday, March 12, 2012 at Baptist Hospital East.
She was a bookkeeper for American Life Accident Company and for Pillsbury. She was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church, where she was active in Sunday School LOA. She was also a member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW #1170 and former member of Louisville Bowling Association.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Frank Kavich; children, Glenn Kavich (Donna), Barry Kavich (Lisa) and Janice Schoolcraft (Phil); grandchildren, Kenny Schoolcraft (Angi) and Heather Schoolcraft; great-grandson, Jackson Schoolcraft; step-grandchildren, John Oster, Tracie Anderson, Mary Boumeester and Jimmy Thompson; two step-great-grandchildren; sister, Shirley Dunnavan and many nieces and nephews.
Her service will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation will be 1-8 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
