Hinton, Gladys Marie,
80, passed away Wednesday, September 3, 2014.
She was a retired employee of General Electric where she worked for 25 years in building 5 on the assembly line, and a member of St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas G. "Pete" Hinton, and a brother, James Roberts.
Survivors include her daughter, Sheryl Denham (David); sons, Steve and Gil Hinton; sister, Maryalice Carpenter; grandchildren, Kelly Hinton-Griffie, Kim Thompson, and Jaclyn Hinton; and great-grandchildren, Mikey, Mikayla, Devyn, and Dylan.
Her funeral service will be held at 10 am Saturday at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Hwy, followed by burial at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 2-8 pm Friday and after 9 am Saturday.
