Harold Pait

PAIT, HAROLD R., 79, passed away Tuesday, January 7, 2014 at University Hospital. He was born in Louisville, KY to Charles and Lois (Craddock) Pait. He was a retired Police Officer for the Shively Police Dept., with over 23 years service. Harold was a Baptist by faith, a member of the Fraternal Order of Police, Shively Masonic Lodge and Scottish Rite. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Dorothy Herthel and Pauline Lindsey; and a brother, Charles Pait. Survivors include his loving and devoted wife of 30 years, Barbara (Rone) Pait; his children, Rhonda Pait, H. Ray Pait Jr. (Debbie), Mark Pait (Kathy), Ramona Pait, and Laura Fulton (Don); three grandchildren, Brian Pait (Jennifer), Meagon Ford (Jason), and Charles Pait (Katie); two great-grandchildren, Lily Claire and Kelsey Blaire; and a large extended family and friends. Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 2 - 8 p.m. Friday.
