Scruse, Harvey "Fat Daddy" SCRUSE, HARVEY "FAT DADDY," 74, passed away Thursday, May 3, 2007. He was a member of New Canaan Baptist Church. Retired from International Harvester Foundry. Survivors: his wife Patricia Wells Scruse; son, Virgil Thomas and a host of relatives and friends. Funeral: 11 a.m. Wednesday at G.C. Williams Funeral Home, burial Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation 7-9 p.m. Tuesday. Published in The Courier-Journal on 5/7/2007.
