Hazel Hulette

Hulette, Hazel Carson HULETTE, HAZEL CARSON, 90, of Louisville, passed away on Wednesday, September 5, 2007. She was a retired employee of AB Dick Memograph and attended Louisville Baptist Temple. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Patricia Embry Goldsmith. Survivors include her husband of 54 years, James Stuart Hulette; grandchildren, Denise Werner (Michael) and Brian Goldsmith (Vicki); and great-grandchildren, Nicholas, Allison, Rachel, and Emma. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 3 -8 p.m. Sunday.
