MILLER, HAZEL D., 94, passed away May 6, 2011 at Summerfield Manor.
She was a Methodist by faith and retired from General Electric as a factory worker.
Hazel is preceded in death by her children, Bonita Miller, Pat Dorsey, and Robert N. Miller; and grandson, Robbie Dorsey.
Survivors include her daughter, Wanda Cassell (Guy), grandchildren, Dr. Ron Cassell (Elizabeth), Guy Cassell III (Debra), Denise Lemmel (Dale), and Sherry Rogers; great grandchildren, Bryan Cassell (Anne), Elizabeth Chatman (Kyle), Stephanie Wilde, Tyler Wilde, Guy Clinton Cassell IV (Cassie), Amy Beckmann (Charles), Chris Lemmel, Jessica Baird (Keith), Jeremy Lemmel, Tiffany Lemmel, Tricia Miller, Emily Rogers, and Adam Dorsey (Kate); and great-great-grandchildren, Chloe Beckman, Maddox Baird, Madison Garcia, Jack Owen Hardt, Taylor Baird, and Leland Dorsy; niece, Chris Algren (John); great niece, Dana Wissmann; one great great niece; and one great great nephew.
Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West.Visitation will be noon - 8 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
