Wilson, Heather R. View/Sign Guest Book WILSON, HEATHER R., 24, of South Louisville, passed from this life on Tuesday, June 3, 2008. She was a former agent for State Farm and a member of Carlisle Avenue Baptist Church. She is survived by her mother, Janice Whiteside; her grandmother, Mary Dell Wilson; aunt, Brenda Garrett; and her former husband, Phillip Carey. A celebration of Heather's life will be held 10 a.m. Saturday at the Southern Home of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd., with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
