Helen Despain

DeSPAIN, HELEN LOUISE (CLARK), 83, of Louisville passed away Friday, July 26, 2013. Helen was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church and a lifetime member of VFW Millcreek Post Ladies Aux. She is preceded in death by her husband, William Jeff DeSpain and a daughter, Diane Brothers. Survivors include her two children, Cathy L. Sales (Grover III) and Thomas Lee DeSpain (Linda); four grandchildren, Richard Smith Jr., Monica Ries, Marcy Shoup and Fred Brothers; five great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Nattie Pyear; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral Mass will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday at St Lawrence Catholic Church, 1925 Lewiston Dr., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
