She was preceded in death by a grandson, Brian Seth Foley and a great-granddaughter, Eden Foley.
She is survived by her husband, Festus Foley; sons, Wayne (Katie) and David Foley (Debbie); daughters, Carol and Kathy Foley; brothers, Jacob Verl (Betty) Howard (Bernice) and Roy (Jo) Garner; sister, Louise Wasson; grandchildren, Nathan, Adam, Lauren and Austin; and great-grandchild, Elin.
Private services will be held for family with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens East.
