She was a retired nursing assistant at the old Methodist Hospital where she worked for 19 years. She was a member of Holy Name Catholic Church.
She is survived by a brother, James E. Skyrm, of Georgia; and caregivers, Tony McMurty, Gayle Parkerson and Lairie Mattingly.
The funeral Mass is 9:30 a.m. Friday at her church, 2914 S. Third St., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Thursday at J. E. Ratterman & Son, 7336 Southside Drive.
