Shockovsky, Helene W. View/Sign Guest Book SHOCKOVSKY, HELENE W., 84, of Louisville, passed away Tuesday, September 30, 2008 at the Masonic Home. She was the former Helene Powell and a native of Washington Co., KY. She was a member of Southeast Christian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Shockovsky. Helene is survived by her daughter, Carol Stallings (William); grandchildren, Chris Stallings (Tina) and Terri Shook (Jon); great-grandchildren, Cade, Hunter, Brooke, River, Cheree and Olivia. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday at Shawnee Baptist Church, 2214 Bank Street, with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation is at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road on Thursday from 4-8 p.m.
