73, passed away on August 23, 2014.
He was a retired employee of B. F. Goodrich where he worked for 32 years and a member of Shively Christian Church.
Ray is survived by his devoted wife of 48 years, Janet (Cook) Meredith; his sons, Dwight Meredith and Jason Meredith (Donna); grandchildren, Megan, Dustin, Cory, Kenny and Derrick; four great grandchildren; and his brothers, William, Michael and Donald Meredith.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with entombment in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 2 - 8 p.m. Sunday.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
