Ballard, Icy M. Ladusaw View/Sign Guest Book BALLARD, ICY M. LADUSAW, 90, of Louisville, passed away, Thursday, November 29, 2007, at Christian Healthcare Center. She was a member of the Clifton Heights Christian Church. She is survived by her children, Albert Ladusaw Jr. (Margy), Charles Ladusaw (Jean) and Jean Ogle (Terry), seven grandchildren; 13.5 great- grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Visitation will be held from 3-8 p.m. Sunday at the Neurath & Underwood Funeral Home, 725 E. Market St. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday, with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the St. Jude's Children's Research Fund.
