ERNST, IELEEN (CAMPBELL), 89, of South Louisville, passed from this life on Thursday, December 29, 2011 at the Hospice Unit of Norton Pavilion.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Irvin Ernst; and a daughter, Cynthia Deich.
She is survived by her daughters, Martha Rose Funk (Robert), Jacqueline Benge (Jack), and Penny Sanders; grandsons, John Michael (Chrissy), Jeremy, and Kevin Funk, Jack Benge, Jr., and Andrew and Adam Sanders; and great-grandchildren, Alexis and Caleb Funk.
A service to celebrate Ieleen's life will be noon Saturday at the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd., with interment to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Friday and after 9 a.m. Saturday. Online condolences at www.archlheadysouthernfh.com.
