FREDERICK, IRIS ANN, 65, passed away Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital.
She was a former receptionist for the old American Air Filter and a member of Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Frederick; mother, Marguerite Coleman and brother, Charles Uzzle.
She is survived by her children, Tamara Jones, Michael Hubbard, Aaron Crowell (Krista), Tim Crowell, Eric Frederick and Geramy Frederick (Kristi); 14 grandchildren; and numerous extended family and friends.
Her celebration of life Mass will be held Saturday, 10 a.m. at Mary Queen of Peace, 4005 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens-West. Visitation: 4-8 p.m. Thursday and 1-8 p.m. Friday at Joseph E. Ratterman & Son, 7336 Southside Dr.
