ROEDER, IRWIN "CHUCK," 68, of Brooks, KY, was born April 15, 1944 to the late Elmer and Mildred Potter Roeder and returned to his Heavenly Father February 14, 2013.
Mr. Roeder was a retired quality inspector for D. J. Incorporate and a U.S. Army veteran serving during the Vietnam War.
Among those who preceded him in death includes his parents; beloved wife, Deanne E. Weyer Roeder and a brother, Lawrence "Buck" Roeder.
He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Tammy Underwood (Timmy), William "Skip," Steve (Sheryl), Chuck Jr. (Trina) and Darryl Roeder (Geneva); sister, Delores Smith (Smitty); brother, Ralph "Butch" Roeder (Carolyn); sister-in-law, Nancy Roeder; 12 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.
Funeral service will be held noon Tuesday at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) with interment in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Friends may pay their respects from noon-8 p.m. Monday at Schoppenhorst.
