SMITH, FAYE, 86, passed away Friday, April 20, 2012 at Norton Audubon Hospital.
She was born in Broadhead, KY to Chaint and Mattie (Frith) Lear.
Faye was retired from Phillip Morris Corp. and was a faithful member of Faith Praise & Worship Center.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a son, Gary Taylor.
Survivors include three daughters, Peggy A. "Ge-Ge" Taylor, Glenda M. Thomas (Mike), and Rhonda F. Hill (Kevin); eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a brother, Bill Lear (Ann); and a sister, Ina Short.
Funeral Service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at Faith Praise and Worship Center, 160 Zoneton Rd., Shepherdsville, KY, with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be Tuesday, 1-9 p.m at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy.
