Jones, J.B. View/Sign Guest Book JONES, J.B., 85, of Louisville, left Sunday to be with the Lord and his loved ones. He was a welder and also retired from the old A&P Bakery. After retirement, he was a car dealership courier. He was a member of Virginia Avenue Methodist Church. J.B. was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother. He was preceded in death by a son, Gary Allen Jones. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Linda; a daughter, Carol Sturgill; grandson, Hunter Steele; great-granddaughter, Kayla Scott; two brothers, Curtis R. and Robert L. Jones; and a sister, Marcella Helton. His funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Hwy., followed by burial at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Hosparus.
