Bailes, James Ernest "Pop" View/Sign Guest Book BAILES JAMES ERNEST "POP", 83, of Louisville passed away Thursday, November 8, 2007, at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital. He was a native of Clarkson, KY., a retired grain operator for National Distillers, and a member of Rockford Lane Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his wife, Marie Jeffries Bailes; and son, Roger Dale Bailes. Survivors include his daughters, Bettie Bailes Collins (Jack), and Carolyn Sue Waugh (Dave); sister; Helen Miller; five grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. His funeral will be 11 a.m. Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy, burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 3- 8 p.m. Sunday.
