CAMPBELL, JAMES "FRANK," 48, died December 23, 2011.
He was a Baptist by faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Bonnie Campbell.
He is survived by his wife, Vonda Campbell; sons, Jeremy and Dylan Campbell; daughters Amanda Campbell (Andrew) and Ashley Williams; and four grandchildren.
Frank's funeral service will be 10 a.m. Thursday, December 29, 2011 at Keenan's Funeral Home, 4724 Dixie Hwy (at Rockford Lane), with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 1-8 p.m. Wednesday.
Memorial contributions for the family may be made at the funeral home.
