SMITH, JAMES "PAT," PATRIK, 56, born November 23, 1956, passed away on Wednesday, November 28, 2012.
Survived by daughter, Jennifer; his grandchild, Makayla; great-grandson, John; his mother, Wilma; brothers, Rex, Mike, Roy and Danny; sisters, Kathie, Donna, Debbie, Kay and Penny and missed by those who knew him.
Services will be at Keenan's Funeral Home, 4724 Dixie Hwy., from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Wednesday, December 5, 2012.
