James Wilder

WILDER, JAMES, of Crestwood, passed away Saturday, December 8, 2007. He retired from the Ford Motor Company and was an Army veteran. memberships include: Wallins Creek Masonic Lodge, The Scottish Rite 32nd Degree, Kosair Shrine Temple and a member of Rosicrucians, UAW 862, and Ironworkers Local 808, of Orlando, FL. He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Mae and Dora (Green) Wilder; and two brothers, John and Clarence Wilder. Survivors include his wife, Opal (Taylor) Wilder; two daughters, T. Venus Elder (Billy) and Vickie L. Wilder; seven sisters; two brothers; two grandchildren, Talley C. and Shelby K. Elder. Service will be Friday at 3 p.m. at the Oldham County Funeral Home, 706 W. Jefferson St., in LaGrange KY (502)-222-6686. Entombment at Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation is from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. on Friday, before service. Memorial contributions may be made to Kosair Charities, PO Box 37370, Louisville, KY 40233, in his memory.
