WILLIAMSON, JAMES R. "JIM," SR., 73, passed away on March 12, 2012.
He was the retired owner of Jim's Auto Service, a KY. Colonel, and a member of Cane Run Road General Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his father, M. Joseph Williamson.
Survivors include his beloved wife of 44 years, Frankie Williamson; his children, Pamela Bergman (Dan), and James R. Williamson, Jr. (Angela); grandchildren, Michael Williamson, Lexi and Erynn Bergman; his mother, Delora Williamson; and his brothers, Joseph (Pat) and Bruce Williamson.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 1-8 p.m. Wednesday and 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Thursday.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to American Diabetes Association or American Kidney Assoc.
