WENTWORTH, JANET LOUISE (BLYTHE), Louisville, passed away Monday February 13, 2012 at Sts Mary & Elizabeth Hospital.
Janet is a member of Calvary Assembly of God Church, and had worked as an accountant for Sears and Citi Group.
Survivors include her husband of 47 years, Kenneth Hardy Wentworth; and two children, Kenneth Elbert Wentworth and Brenda Lee Wentworth.
Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Friday at the Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in the Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Wednesday and 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. Thursday.
Memorial gifts to: American Diabetes Association and American Cancer Society .
