Jean Mcdowell

MCDOWELL, JEAN L., 61, passed away Monday June 8, 2009 at her home with her family by her side. She was preceded in death by her father, Wilbur A. Padgett. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, George "Kenny" McDowell; two sons, James McDowell (Michelle) and Brian McDowell; grandchildren, Michael McDowell, Mariah McDowell and Dustin McDowell; mother, Mary Lee Padgett; brothers and sisters, Howard Padgett (Estella), James Padgett (Katie), Clara Knauer (Keith), Charles Padgett (Evelyn), Will Padgett (Linda), Mary Lawson, Carolyn Hart (Ted), Sylvia Bennett (Jerry), Nancy Sego (Mike) and Kenny Padgett (Darlene). Her funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Friday June 12, 2009 at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Pewee Valley, with entombment in Louisville Memorial Gardens East to follow. Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Thursday, June 11, 2009 at Pearson Ratterman Brothers Funeral Home, 12900 Shelbyville Rd.
